Representación Central Ucrania en la Rep. Argentina Representación Central Ucrania
On Sunday morning of August 26th, masses of gratitude were celebrated at the Ukrainian Greco-Catholic Cathedral “Santa María del Patrocinio” and in the Ukrainian Orthodox Autonomous Church for the Independence of Ukraine.
At 11 o’clock in the morning, Father Nazariy Kaszchak parish priest of the Greco Catholic Cathedral Ukraine Santa Maria del Patrocinio began the celebration of the Holy Mass. The Counselor and Consul of the Embassy of Ukraine in Argentina, authorities of the Central Representation of Ukraine (RCU), youths of the Youth Organization “Plast” with their uniforms and their flag, and authorities and members of the Ukrainian organizations were present.
During the celebration, people prayed for Ukraine and the once who died for their independence. In the homily Father Kaszchak spoke of the importance of the faith in God of the Ukrainians, and the responsibility of each one for the consolidation of independence.
